Due to the automated process our warehouse fulfills and ships orders, we generally are unable to edit, cancel, or stop shipment on an order that has been created in our system.

- Once logged in, please select “Subscriptions” followed by “View Subscription Details” to find the fields to edit.

Please allow 24 hours for the cancellation to be completed. If the billing cycle starts within the 24 hour period that you lodge your ticket, the order will most likely be charged so if you wish to cancel, please make sure to do it at least 24 hours before the billing cycle starts. Kindly keep in mind that you need to contact us regarding any assistance you require within 90 days of your order’s purchase date. After 90 days, we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.
Product – General Information
Our products range between 80-95% natural and contain naturally derived ingredients and plant-based extracts. While we do not claim our products to be all-natural, we formulate our products to be paraben-, sulfate-, and phthalate-free.

Please store our products at room temperature and away from heat, direct sunlight, and water.
Our unopened products have a shelf life of one year. Once opened, our products should be used within four months.
Our product’s packaging is made of recyclable materials and labeled with their respective recycling symbols. Recycling guidelines vary from country to country so please kindly recycle in accordance with your region’s guidelines.
Our products do not contain active ingredients to treat acne. With that said, many of our customers have had positive results after consistently using our products. Cleansing and exfoliating the skin to remove excess oil, dirt, and dead skin buildup can significantly reduce the frequency of breakouts. Protecting the skin by using a nourishing, non-comedogenic moisturizer to help maintain its pH balance and hydration is also essential.
Some of our customers experience breakouts shortly after incorporating our products to their skincare routine. This is a common and transitional reaction known as skin purging. We recommend reducing the amount of products you use to allow your skin to ease into the new routine.

With consistent usage of our products, you may begin noticing changes within one to two weeks. More significant improvements typically become noticeable after three to four weeks of consistent usage and as your skin cycle comes to a close.

Oily skin needs daily hydration. In fact, oiliness is often caused by dehydrated skin producing excessive sebum to overcompensate for dryness.

Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed prior to shipping.
If you have chosen the free shipping option, please allow 7-10 business days for the parcel to arrive. This is the worst case scenario. In most cases, the parcel will arrive before 7 days.
If you have chosen the express shipping option, please allow 3 business days for the parcel to arrive.
Please allow 1 business day before your order is shipped. This means if your purchase was after 12pm AEST on Friday and your order has not been marked as shipped, then your order will be shipped on Monday.
If you have chosen free shipping, your parcel does not have a tracking number. If it has been more than 10 business days, please check outside your residence as sometimes Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place. If you're unable to find your parcel after 10 days, please open a support ticket and we will help you find your parcel.

Returns & Refunds
We have extended our return period from 30 to 60 days to accommodate potential shipping delays caused by Covid-19. To receive a full refund, please return your unopened order to the return address located on the back of your parcel.
